• Identifying business opportunities : Identifying prospects by making calls and researching new opportunities
• Maintaining client relationships : Being the primary point of contact between the business and its customers, and providing support, information, and guidance
• Handling customer questions : Researching the industry and products to handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
• Improving product knowledge : Continuously enhancing product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise through training programs and self-study
