Job Description

- Engage with potential customers via WhatsApp messages and calls.

- Generate leads from social media platforms, focusing on wholesale customers.

- Convert WhatsApp leads into sales opportunities.

- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize sales strategies.

- Align sales efforts with online marketing campaigns for maximum impact.

- Ensure smooth sales processes from lead generation to closure.

- Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines and targets consistently.

- Coordinate with various departments to streamline workflow.

- Use CRM software to track customer interactions and analyze sales data.

- Enhance sales processes and customer relationship management using CRM tools.

- Develop and update daily social media plans for consistent engagement.

- Adapt strategies based on performance metrics and trends.

- Maintain daily sales sheets and reports.

- Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance metrics.

- Organize and manage all leads efficiently.

- Distribute leads to team members and track follow-ups.

- Inspect tasks to ensure they meet quality and customer expectations.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Proficiency in using WhatsApp for business communications and lead management.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
