Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential customers in the field, present our products, and convert leads into sales. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, enthusiastic about our offerings, and adept at building lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Field Sales Engagement: Visit potential customers at their locations to present and demonstrate our products, addressing their needs and providing solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate value to prospects.
• Lead Generation and Follow-Up: Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and close sales.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management. Track and report sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends. Provide insights and recommendations for product improvements and marketing strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to align strategies and achieve company goals.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in IT.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
