• Graduate in Science with an aptitude for sales
• Proficient in English and local state language (like Hindi for Rajasthan), both reading and writing.

Skills:

• Working knowledge of MS - Excel or Google sheets
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Creativity in problem solving and high energy level

• Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges faced by clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Feedback Collection: Gather and analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement and to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client interactions, satisfaction levels, and any issues resolved.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Training & Support: Provide clients with training and support on product features and usage to maximize their satisfaction and success.

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
