Position Title: Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

1- Sales Target Achievement:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets amounting to 3 Lakh (INR/USD/Local currency).
• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

2- Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

3- Sales Planning and Execution:

• Identify potential customers and market opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective customers.

4- Sales Reporting and Analysis:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

4- Collaboration and Communication:

• Coordinate with internal teams (such as marketing and product development) to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to share information and insights.

5- Market Intelligence:

• Stay informed about market conditions, competitive activities, and industry trends.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market demands.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.
