Job Description

• Experience in furniture retail sales is mandatory.
• Assist customers in selecting furniture solutions based on their preferences and requirements.
• Drive sales by demonstrating product features and benefits.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Address customer queries and concerns to provide a seamless shopping experience.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the furniture product range, including materials and designs.
• Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and furniture industry trends.
• Maintain organized and attractive furniture displays in the showroom.
• Ensure accurate pricing and details on displayed products.
• Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure product availability and timely restocking.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management review.
• Maintain customer databases for follow-ups and future sales opportunities.
• Prior experience in retail furniture or interiors sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail sales software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
