Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The
Successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our products/services
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market developments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and provide customer feedback
- Manage sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in field sales
- 2 wheeler + License must
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools
- Knowledge of the industry/market (if applicable)
- Leadership or management experience
