Position : Sales Executive
Location : Zirakpur
Salary : INR 25,000/-
Experience : 0.6- 1 year
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels including online platforms, networking, referrals.
• Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their property needs and preferences. Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about the properties
• Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals. Ensure the best possible terms for both the company and the client.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update client databases. Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and to encourage repeat business.
• Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
