As a rapidly growing organization, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and drive our sales initiatives to new heights. : Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, social media, and industry contacts. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, prioritize activities, and track progress using CRM software. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of each client. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the marketing and product teams to ensure seamless execution of sales agreements. Market Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Utilize market insights to identify new opportunities and develop strategic sales plans. Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular reports on sales performance, key metrics, and revenue forecasts. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven track record of success in B2C sales, preferably in real estate industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and business development. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
