We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executives (6 Month to 1 Yr Experience) to join our team in Noida Sector 2. If you have a passion for sales, real estate, and building relationships, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs.
• Provide guidance and assist clients in buying properties.
• Conduct site visits with potential buyers and provide detailed information about properties.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
• Maintain records of client interactions and progress.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies for lead generation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
