Job Description

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE A BACKGROUND IN REAL ESTATE

As a Real Estate Sales Executive, the candidate will:
- Tele calling the leads to increase Site visits and attend to the clients by showing the sample Flat/Property.
- Explain the project and explain how it fits the customer's needs.
- Follow up with client and good at negotiating pricing.
- Close the transaction by booking the property.
- Explain paperwork and processes related to property purchase.
Responsibilities and Duties
- It is a sales profile which includes office and some field work.
- The aim is to sell residential and commercial units in the project.
- The sales consultant is expected to have good market knowledge to be able to excel at this job.
Key Skills
The basic criteria we require is having excellent English/Hindi/Marathi communication skills
Only experience sales candidate of affordable housing projects near Ambernath.
