Designation: Sales Exevutive (Real Estate)

:

Looking for talented, super ambitious sales candidate in our sales team. Must have good real estate knowledge and back-ground, must know how to handle real estate clients and their requirements. Must have good marketing skills and presentation skill with goods manners.

Experience Required:-

Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales with any Real Estate Company or Real Estate Affiliated Company. Must have experience of Tele-Calling, Tele-Pitching and sales conversion.

Responsibilities:-

• To contact the leads through, phone calls, messages and ask them to register on the platform.
• Maintain regular follow-up communication with prospects, focusing on resolving queries, providing solutions, and offering relevant information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and prospects through ongoing communication, nurturing, and follow-ups.
• Ongoing monitoring and analysis of pipeline to review performance & optimize accordingly to ensure objectives are met.
• Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit daily reports and End of the Day Reports to evaluate individual and team performance.
