Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion, ensuring Equity Planners maintains its competitive edge.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and motivate sales staff to perform at their best, fostering their professional growth and success within Equity Planners.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management, providing insights into performance and opportunities for improvement.
Client Presentations and Negotiations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients and adeptly handle negotiations and deal closures to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all sales-related documentation is complete and accurate, adhering to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
