Job Description

As a Sales Executive in the Real Estate industry, you will be responsible for helping clients buy or sell properties. You will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining relationships with clients and assisting them through the entire sales process. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that client needs are met. Responsibilities: 1. Follow up on existing leads to convert them into sales 2. Maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and they receive excellent service 3. Assist clients in the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal 4. Conduct property inspections and provide clients with accurate information about properties 5. Negotiate sales contracts and handle all necessary paperwork 6. Stay up-to-date with real estate industry trends and changes to the market Requirements: 1. 1-4 years of experience as a Sales Executive in the Real Estate industry 2. Must have own conveyance for travel 3. Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to work independently and with a team 5. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills 6. Knowledge of real estate industry trends and regulations 7. Strong sales skills 8. Ability to maintain positive relationships with clients Job Type: Full-time Salary: 40,229.65 - 50,340.88 per month Schedule:
