Generating leads through networking and market research.
Conducting property viewings and presenting listings to potential buyers.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs.
Negotiating sales agreements and closing deals.
Keeping up-to-date with market trends and property values.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Prior experience in real estate sales is a plus.
