? 6 months - 2 years of sales experience.
? Should have a bike and comfortable with field work
? Real estate understanding (i.e. Builders, Rera), Strong knowledge of the real estate industry
? Graduate in any field; MBA preferred.
? Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
? Proven sales and negotiation skills.
? Experience in real property evaluation and analysis.
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
? Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
? Drive sales with persistence, confidence, and exceptional negotiation skills.
? Conduct site visits, handle walk-ins, and coordinate with the back office.
? Provide project information, resolve customer queries, and ensure timely follow-ups.
? Attend sales meetings, demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
? Maintain and expand customer relationships through various communication channels.
? Achieving the given sales target.
