Responsibilities -
Own the sales process: inbound lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification.
1. Handle Clients queries and their requirements of Commercial property
2. Sell real estate Commercial properties to Corporate & HNI clients
3. Show clients different available options of properties
4. Build Relationship with HNI & Corporate clients.
5. Go for meetings/ site tour/ inspections with clients
6. Database management related to Clients and Properties.
7. Report on the deals under various stages of progress with their status.
8. Achieve Monthly / Annual Business targets of self.
9. Close prospective Clients and ensure Collections.
