Job Title: Sales Executive-Real Estate

Experience: 0.6 to 3 yrs

Job Type: Full-time.

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Skills: Sales in Real estate -civil, Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Marketing.

We are looking for a competitive Sales Executive (Civil) to help us build up our business activities. Responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, marketing, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

Must have selling experience in Real Estate (Civil) and Hospitality.

Should have experience in selling and marketing bungalow and resort, Finding prospect and leads.

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs, generating leads.

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media and marketing.

Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Requirements and skills

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.

Knowledge of MS Office (Optional).

Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

Fast learner and passion for sales.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Planning sales strategies.

Education

Master's in Business Administrator.
