Job Description
We are hiring sales executive for real estate.
Candidate should have 3 years of experience in real estate.
1.Inpeccable speaking and presentation and convincing skill.
2.Freeze terms and conditions with buyer and seller, tenant and owner.
3. Follow up with clients for a visit.
4. Track and record every client need and close the deal.
5. Showing properties to potential buyers and renters.
6. Meeting with clients and maintainning client relationship.
7. Should be fluent in Marathi, English and hindi
8. Understanding social cues.
9. Ability to negotiate
10. . Good time managment abilities.
