We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, social media, and other channels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations to showcase our properties to potential buyers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest market trends, property values, and competitors.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to the sales manager.
• Develop sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
• Generating client leads to buy or sell a property.
• Ensure housing calls on a regular basis.
• Track and coordinate with Admin team for payments, purchasing agreements, deeds, bank documents and other documents.
• Responding to client queries on contracts, negotiations, possession, strategies, and goal planning.
• Follow up with clients for loans, demands, payments and possession.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
