Roles and responsibilities -:
• Handling clients, taking them for visits
• Taking instructions from managers and looking after the property sales.
• Bringing more and more deal closures.
• Maintaining a long term good relationship with the customers and approaching them for up-sale.
• Driving the company's sales and the overall business growth.
• Managing the leads from start to end, from calls to conversation.
• Presenting the property in an impressive way.
• Addressing the customer's queries and enquiries.
• Managing records and databases. Presenting reports
• Achieving targets and running after the goal completion and deadlines.
Essentials-:
• The candidate should have his/her own vehicle.
• The candidates should have an experience of atleast one year in the real estate industry
Desirable traits-:
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication.
• Presentation skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Strong convincing power.
• Target driven and result oriented.
• Computer knowledge-MS Excel and MS Office.
