Job Summary We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.
- Candidates should have passion and experience in sales and marketing.
- Business Development and Lead Generation for new commercial and corporate customers for Real Estate / Interior Projects.
- Pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Develop new strategies for finding new clients and networks.
- Building an ongoing relationship with clients and new prospects.
- Interacting with customers, understanding their design requirements, presenting the product and design.
- Visiting the client\'s site, giving proposals of design, quotation and presentation.
- Interaction with site coordinator
- Discussing and formulating quotations, Monitoring pre-sale and post-sale follow up.
- Achieving the set targets by strategizing, planning and motivating the entire team
- Handling customer questions, negotiation, inquiries, and complaints
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Participating in sales team meetings
