Job SummaryWe are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.
  • Candidates should have passion and experience in sales and marketing.
  • Business Development and Lead Generation for new commercial and corporate customers for Real Estate / Interior Projects.
  • Pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Develop new strategies for finding new clients and networks.
  • Building an ongoing relationship with clients and new prospects.
  • Interacting with customers, understanding their design requirements, presenting the product and design.
  • Visiting the client's site, giving proposals of design, quotation and presentation.
  • Interaction with site coordinator
  • Discussing and formulating quotations, Monitoring pre-sale and post-sale follow up.
  • Achieving the set targets by strategizing, planning and motivating the entire team
  • Handling customer questions, negotiation, inquiries, and complaints
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Participating in sales team meetings
Language: Proficiency in English + Kannada/Telugu/HindiQualification: Graduate would be preferredExperience: 2-5 Years (Real Estate Sales - Mandatory)Remuneration: Salary + Best Incentives in the IndustryJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb950,000.00 per monthBenefits:
