Business Development and Lead Generation for new commercial and corporate customers for Real Estate / Interior Projects.
Pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Develop new strategies for finding new clients and networks.
Building an ongoing relationship with clients and new prospects.
Interacting with customers, understanding their design requirements, presenting the product and design.
Visiting the client's site, giving proposals of design, quotation and presentation.
Interaction with site coordinator
Discussing and formulating quotations, Monitoring pre-sale and post-sale follow up.
Achieving the set targets by strategizing, planning and motivating the entire team
Handling customer questions, negotiation, inquiries, and complaints
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Participating in sales team meetings
