Sales Executive is responsible for driving company sales by identifying and converting potential clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing product or service solutions, and effectively communicating the value proposition of the company's offerings. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Generation & Client Acquisition:
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
• Conduct product or service presentations to prospective clients.
• Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
• Relationship Management:
• Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to foster repeat business.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues.
• Build a deep understanding of client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
• Market Research & Strategy:
• Conduct market research to stay informed of market trends, competitor products, and customer demands.
• Assist in the development of sales strategies to capture new market segments.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve product offerings and service levels.
• Sales Administration:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in CRM systems.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management, detailing sales performance and forecasts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
• Product Knowledge:
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products/services and keep updated with new product developments.
• Communicate product benefits and value propositions clearly and effectively to clients.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Bcom) (preferred and mandatory).
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
• Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with the industry or product/service being sold is an advantage.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet clients or attend trade shows and conferences
