The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities,
maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company's products and services.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance metrics in CRM systems.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and company goals are met.
After-Sales Support: Provide after-sales support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
