We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Oneland Global Solutions Pvt Ltd, a leading provider of pest control services, hygiene products, cleaning chemicals, hygiene equipment, food safety services, and ISO consultation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Generation: Proactively identify and approach potential clients for pest control services, pest control products, cleaning chemicals, hygiene equipment, and food safety services.
• Market Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of all products and services offered by the company, including pest control services, hygiene solutions, cleaning chemicals, and ISO consultations.
• Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities to stay ahead in the market.
• Lead Management: Respond to sales inquiries and follow up on leads generated through various channels.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales targets using CRM software.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Key Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in pest control, hygiene solutions, facility management, or a related industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Negotiation and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of pest control services, hygiene solutions, or related fields is a plus.
Driver's License: A valid driver's license is preferred for this role.
