Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through media sales. This role requires a strong understanding of media and advertising products, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development : Identify and target potential clients in various industries who could benefit from Kerplunk Media's services.
• Sales Strategy : Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Client Management : Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Product Knowledge : Understand and communicate Kerplunk Media's full range of media solutions, including digital, print, broadcast, and custom advertising packages.
• Pitching & Presentations : Create compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of each client.
• Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential new business avenues.
• Negotiation & Closing : Negotiate terms of contracts and close deals that align with both the client's needs and company objectives.
• Reporting : Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights to the Sales Manager/Director.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, content, and production teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.
Qualifications:
• Experience : 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in media, advertising, or digital marketing.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Skills :
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
• Knowledge of media sales, advertising solutions, and digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
