Job Description

1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing quick and effective solutions.

3. Sales Execution:

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

4. Product Knowledge:

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
• Keep up-to-date with product developments and ensure accurate knowledge is communicated to customers.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, customer feedback, and sales forecasts.
• Analyze market potential and track sales and status reports.
• Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

6. Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on ways to improve sales processes.

7. Client Visits and Demonstrations:

• Organize and conduct client visits to the facility, showcasing the company's capabilities and products.
• Demonstrate and present products to potential clients, explaining the technical details and benefits.

8. Sales Targets:

• Meet and exceed sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeframe.
• Monitor sales metrics to ensure personal and company targets are met.

9. Professional Development:

• Stay informed of best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve through feedback and training.

10. Compliance:

• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and customer data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?10,000.00 per month
