Looking for Sales Executive
Location: Cuttack, Bhubaneswar
Salary: 10K + •Fuel Charges •
Responsibilities
• Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
• Help maintain the store's appearance by organizing product displays and ensuring products are well-stocked.
• Handle cash, credit, and return transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Work closely with team members to achieve store goals and foster a positive work environment.
Skills:
• Any graduate
• 1-3 years of experience in retail sales
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
Experience:
• Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
