Our website: www.indusrocktool.co.in Summary: The Sales Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the mining industry and the mining tools market. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Generate leads and qualify prospects
  • Close sales and meet or exceed sales goals
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest mining industry trends and technologies
Job Responsibilities:-
  • Get frequent product training to understand the product and business market.
  • Develop your product skills from time to time for better understanding and a positive approach.
  • Utilize your reference and market techniques to generate business leads.
  • Do frequent visits to the field with leads to develop relationships and product marketing.
  • Arrange and Attend positive meetings with prospect leads, and give them product presentations to get attracted to our product.
  • Keep close follow-ups with all prospective customers to convert them into business.
  • Utilize your intelligence and convincing skills to convert Prospects to hot then into Business.
  • Provide commercial offers to customers with coordination Sales Back Office Team.
  • Keep the focus to achieve monthly goals and utilize the maximum resources available.
  • Interact with customers/financers to build a great relationship.
  • Keep close coordination with Immediate reporting on day to day basis, development on current leads, take support for closer leads, etc.
  • Update day-to-day activity on the CRM app to update HO about your efforts.
  • Provide your Monthly reports to HO and attend regular development meetings.
  • Use innovative ideas to develop a marketing strategy.
Qualifications:
  • Master\'s Degree in marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the mining industry
  • Strong understanding of the mining tools market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Good In communication Written and Verbal (English, Hindi, Marathi)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (XLS, PPT, Email) operations.
  • Good knowledge of digital/social media platforms to promote products/brands.
  • Wiling for a travelling job as it is 100% required.
  • Must have own two-wheeler.
  • The opening is for only Male candidates.
  • Candidates from Construction Equipment, Crusher, Mining, and industry will be preferable.
