Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive - Protective Paints located in Surat. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our protective coatings to potential clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills Knowledge of protective coatings and finishes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers Experience in the construction industry is a plus Proven track record of achieving sales targets Self-motivated and results-oriented Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
