Contact potential clients via phone, email, and online meetings to promote medical equipment solutions
? Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
? Follow up with leads provided by the company to convert them into sales.
? Maintain and update the CRM with accurate sales records and customer interactions.
? Provide product demonstrations and explain technical specifications.
? Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.
? Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
? Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
? Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products. Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in BBA, MBA, B.Pharma
? 0-2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development.
? Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
? Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
? Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
? Self-motivated and target-driven.
