Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both retail and wholesale segments.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our granite and marble products, including specifications, pricing, and market trends to effectively communicate with customers.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Showroom Management: Assist customers in our showroom, providing expert advice and product demonstrations.
• Negotiation: Handle negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, home improvement, or stone industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Knowledge of granite and marble products is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
