Responsibilities:

• Consultative Selling:
• Conduct detailed needs assessments with trucking businesses to understand their insurance requirements and dispatch service needs.

• Quote Preparation and Presentation:

Requirements:
• Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the insurance industry, specifically with trucking insurance products and dispatch services.
• Active insurance license(s) required (e.g., Property & Casualty, Commercial Lines) and familiarity with dispatch software/tools.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of trucking insurance policies, regulations, and industry trends.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex insurance and dispatch concepts to clients.
• Work Schedule:
• Availability to work in US shift timings, which may include afternoon and evening shifts to align with US business hours.
