We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in international sales. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and a proactive approach to generating leads and closing deals. This role requires an aggressive sales strategy to drive business growth and expand our global market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients and distributors.
Handle end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, negotiations, deal closures, and after-sales support.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business prospects.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand business globally.
Manage client inquiries, quotations, and proposals efficiently.
Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and deliveries.
Maintain accurate sales reports and provide regular updates on sales performance.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in international sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive approach.
Strong sales-driven and target-oriented mindset.
Proven ability to build and manage relationships with international clients.
Experience in handling B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Ability to travel internationally as required.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
