We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our travel agency team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales, creating memorable travel experiences for clients, and contributing to the growth of our agency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Engagement: Actively seek out and engage potential clients through various channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Travel Planning: Provide expert advice on travel destinations, itineraries, and travel packages, tailoring solutions to meet clients' needs and preferences.
• Sales Execution: Promote and sell travel packages, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support throughout the booking process.
• Market Research: Stay updated on travel trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings to provide clients with current and relevant information.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
• Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities, performance metrics, and client feedback to management.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the travel team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
