We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the EV market, demonstrate exceptional sales acumen, and have a proven track record of driving revenue growth. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and effectively promoting our EV manufacturing solutions to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the EV industry, including OEMs, fleet operators, and other potential clients.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Product Knowledge and Promotion:
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our EV manufacturing products, technologies, and services.
• Effectively communicate product benefits and technical specifications to clients.
• Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and product training sessions as needed.
• Sales Operations:
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiating contracts and terms.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Performance Metrics:
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement strategies to increase market share and expand the customer base.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience in the automotive or EV manufacturing industry.
