Job Description

Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Identify market trends and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Set clear sales targets and KPIs for team members and monitor their performance.
Provide guidance and support to sales team members to achieve their goals.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Project Promotion: Develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to generate interest and leads for real estate construction projects.
Coordinate with marketing teams to create compelling sales collateral and materials.

Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
Implement effective sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and objection handling.
Monitor the progress of sales transactions and resolve any issues that may arise.

Budget and Forecasting: Prepare and manage the sales department's budget.
Forecast sales revenues and provide regular reports on sales performance.

Market Research: Continuously assess market conditions and identify opportunities for growth.
Analyze competitor activities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and transactions.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in real estate sales and construction, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a senior sales or management role.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market and construction industry.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
