Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and
target-driven Sales Executives
to drive residential solar conversions under the
PM SuryaGhar scheme
. The role involves extensive field sales, meeting multiple prospects daily, and
handholding customers
through the entire subsidy process. Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple consumers at once and coordinating with DISCOMs to ensure timely net metering and subsidy disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
1)
Lead Generation & Conversion
a) Identify and approach potential residential customers for solar installations under
PM SuryaGhar
.
b) Conduct door-to-door visits and local promotional activities to drive awareness.
c) Pitch the benefits of solar adoption and convert leads into customers.
2)
Customer Onboarding & Support
a) Assist customers in applying on the
PM SuryaGhar portal
.
b) Explain subsidy guidelines and ensure compliance with the scheme requirements.
c) Help customers with documentation and application submission.
3)
Liaison & Coordination
a) Coordinate with DISCOMs for
net metering approvals
and installations.
b) Follow up with authorities to expedite the subsidy disbursement process.
c) Ensure a smooth experience for customers from installation to subsidy credit.
4)
Sales Targets & Reporting
a) Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
b) Maintain a database of potential and converted customers.
c) Provide daily/weekly reports on lead status and project progress.
Key Skills & Attributes
Energetic, self-motivated, and willing to do extensive fieldwork
.
Strong
persuasion and communication skills
to handle customer queries effectively.
Basic knowledge of
solar technology and government subsidy schemes
(training will be provided).
Ability to multitask
and handle multiple consumers in different stages of the process.
Comfortable working with
online application portals
and digital documentation.
Good
liaison skills
to coordinate with DISCOMs and other authorities.
