We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property sales and a strong ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the buying process. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, and closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation. Conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective clients. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. Negotiate deals and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and legal requirements. Prepare and maintain sales reports and client databases.

Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of the real estate market and sales techniques. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
