: Sales Executive - Pixzlwed
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join Pixzlwed. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting Pixzlwed's premium photography and videography services for weddings and events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition and Lead Generation:
• Identify and connect with potential clients through various channels (online, offline, and referrals).
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
• Sales and Relationship Management:
• Present Pixzlwed's service offerings to clients, highlighting the unique value of our packages.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Manage the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery post-sales.
• Provide feedback from clients to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.
• Target Achievement:
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop strategies to achieve sales goals and expand customer base.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
• Prepare regular reports to provide insights into sales performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the wedding, photography, or event management industry.
• Key Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales acumen with a client-first approach.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Negotiation, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
