4. Documentation and Compliance:
• Assist clients with the paperwork required for booking and purchasing properties.
• Ensure all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property bookings, and sales contracts.
5. Market Research and Analysis:
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.
• Provide insights and feedback to the management team to refine sales strategies.
• Recommend properties to clients based on their budgets and preferences, considering market conditions.
6. Customer Relationship Management:
• Follow up with clients post-sales to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Provide after-sales support, such as coordinating property registration and handover.
