Job Description

1. Client Acquisition and Engagement:

• Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Approach and engage prospective clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

2. Property Showcasing and Presentations:

• Organize and conduct site visits, property tours, and virtual property presentations.
• Explain the features, amenities, and benefits of properties to clients.
• Tailor presentations to match the client's requirements and preferences.

3. Sales and Negotiation:

• Negotiate property prices, payment plans, and terms with clients to finalize deals.
• Handle objections and queries confidently, providing satisfactory resolutions to clients.
• Close sales deals while adhering to the companyu2019s policies and targets.

4. Documentation and Compliance:

• Assist clients with the paperwork required for booking and purchasing properties.
• Ensure all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property bookings, and sales contracts.

5. Market Research and Analysis:

• Stay updated on real estate market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.
• Provide insights and feedback to the management team to refine sales strategies.
• Recommend properties to clients based on their budgets and preferences, considering market conditions.

6. Customer Relationship Management:

• Follow up with clients post-sales to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Provide after-sales support, such as coordinating property registration and handover.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty.

7. Collaboration and Teamwork:

• Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and lead-generation strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and legal, to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss sales performance and share insights.

8. Achieving Sales Targets:

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to achieve goals.
• Track performance metrics and report to the Sales Manager regularly.

9. Promoting Company Values and Brand:

• Represent the company professionally during client interactions and public events.
• Uphold the firm's reputation by delivering excellent service and maintaining ethical practices.

10. Networking and Events Participation:

• Attend property expos, trade fairs, and industry events to network with potential clients.
• Build connections with real estate agents, brokers, and other stakeholders to expand the sales pipeline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
