Sales Executive

Job Description

• Identify potential customers through market research, networking, and cold calling. Presentations
• Maintain and expand the client database by sourcing new leads.
• Meet clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Present and sell company properties to clients, highlighting benefits and unique features.
• Schedule and conduct site visits to showcase properties.
• Negotiate deals and close sales to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and sales conversions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
• Work closely with the sales manager and team members to achieve overall sales objectives.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors' activities, and customer preferences.
