: Sales Executive
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the automotive industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in field sales, particularly within automotive dealerships, lubricants, tyres, or similar domains. Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients in the automotive space.
Identify and onboard city-point dealerships and other touch points.
Engage with new customers, expanding the company's client base.
Conduct regular visits to clients to understand their needs and offer suitable products/services.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to recommend strategies for market penetration.
Provide feedback to management on customer requirements and preferences.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and updates.
Requirements:
Experience :
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in the automotive industry (experience with auto dealerships, lubricants, tyres, etc., preferred).
Education :
Graduate in any field.
Skills :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in negotiation and persuasion.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of automotive products and market trends.
