: Sales Executive (Own Bike Required)
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive with 3-4 years of proven experience to join our team. This role requires a self-driven, results-oriented individual who excels at building relationships, identifying business opportunities, and exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and negotiation skills and the ability to work independently and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Role & Responsibilities :
• Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities : Actively prospect for new clients and sales opportunities to drive revenue growth. Develop strategies to capture new markets and expand the customer base.
• Build and Maintain Client Relationships : Establish and nurture long-term, professional relationships with clients to foster trust and customer loyalty. Regularly check in with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Meet and Exceed Sales Targets : Consistently achieve or surpass individual and team sales goals through effective planning, relationship-building, and sales presentations.
• Conduct On-Site Client Visits : Regularly visit clients to assess their needs, provide product/service demonstrations, and offer customized solutions. Travel will be required as part of the role.
• Sales Reporting and Market Analysis : Track and report on sales performance, monitor market trends, and provide insights to management. Suggest improvements and new strategies based on market research.
• Collaborate with Team and Management : Work closely with other departments, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless client experience and timely follow-ups. Provide feedback to management regarding customer satisfaction, product demand, and competitive activity.
Skills & Requirements :
• You should have 3-4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with clients.
• You should have your own bike with a valid driver's license for frequent on-site visits and client meetings.
• You should be highly organized, with strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• You should be a self-motivated individual with a proactive, results-oriented approach to sales.
• You should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• You should have experience using CRM software and the ability to manage leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines effectively.
