Position: Sales Executive
Experience Required: 2-5 years in sales of electrical products
Location: Satya Vihar, Bhubaneswar

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
Identify and approach potential clients in industries requiring electrical products (e.g., manufacturing, construction, retail).
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Provide post-sales support and resolve any product-related issues.
Product Knowledge:
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of electrical products such as cables, switches, connectors, wiring, and other related items.
Educate customers on the technical specifications, applications, and benefits of the products.
Market Research:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
Provide regular feedback to management on customer demands and market dynamics.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales, client communications, and follow-ups.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Graduation , Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
Proven experience of 2-5 years in selling electrical products.
Hands-on experience in working with industrial clients and retailers is a plus.
Skills:
Strong understanding of electrical product specifications and applications.
Knowledge of electrical wear and related products is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed.
