We are seeking a results-driven MBA graduate with a passion for sales and marketing to join our team. In this role, you will support our efforts to increase market share, drive customer engagement, and achieve revenue growth. You'll play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and supporting sales initiatives across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market Research & Analysis
• Conduct research to identify new market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze market data and use insights to recommend changes to marketing strategies and sales tactics.
• Create reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign performance.
• Sales Support & Business Development
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, qualify prospects, and support the sales pipeline.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts for potential clients.
• Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
• Support the development of marketing strategies to promote products/services across digital and traditional channels.
• Execute marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for better reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Branding & Content Creation
• Contribute to the development of brand messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
• Create compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, and sales collateral.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to ensure consistent brand representation.
• Digital Marketing & SEO
• Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns to drive traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media analytics to monitor online engagement and conversions.
• Recommend optimizations based on data insights to improve lead generation and brand visibility.
• Product Marketing & Customer Engagement
• Work closely with product teams to understand product features and benefits, translating them into customer-centric marketing messages.
• Develop customer personas and targeted marketing strategies to reach specific customer segments.
• Conduct customer feedback sessions to gather insights on improving product offerings and service quality.
• Sales Operations & CRM Management
• Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems, ensuring accurate records of sales activities.
• Analyze CRM data to track lead conversion rates, customer retention, and sales cycle effectiveness.
• Support sales forecasting and pipeline management by providing regular reports and insights.
Qualifications:
• Education: MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably through internships or entry-level roles.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales principles.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
