Shift: 9 am to 8 pm .

Break Time: 1 pm to 4 pm.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday.

Job Summary:
We're hiring dynamic Sales Executives or Business Development Executives to join our team. Your main role is to visit educational institutions, conduct surveys, analyze their current applications, and present our solutions to potential clients. You'll be pivotal in expanding our client base and driving growth in the educational sector. Your goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research and networking.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales strategies.
• Visit educational institutions to understand their application usage and needs.
• Conduct surveys on existing educational applications.
• Submit detailed reports to the management.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Present our educational solutions to potential clients through presentations and product demonstrations.
• Achieve monthly 10 schools conversion targets by convincing institutions.
• Collaborate internally on proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Sales marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1 to 5 years of sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as necessary.
