Job Responsibilities:

Drive sales of EPE foam to diverse industries in Odisha

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.

Identify and cultivate relationships with key institutional clients.

Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

Wholly responsible for Sales Revenue. Spreading Comfex brand EPE/PU/Bonded in new markets, motivating the team to perform to their potential.

Expand the business in Trade Market.

Develop sales strategies, Create comprehensive plans to achieve sales targets and expand market.

Competencies Good to have:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present product.. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to business development.

Education & Experience :

Graduate in any discipline with MBA preferred

Minimum 2-4 years of professional working experience in Trade Sales
