KRAs:
1. Corresponding with prospective clients on e-mail, phone, WhatsApp etc.
2. Generating new leads and following up to receive inquiries
3. Preparing and sending quotations and proforma invoices
4. Timely follow ups to convert inquiries into orders
5. Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and dispatch
6. Communicating order & dispatch status updates to clients
7. Submitting timely and accurate reports
Requirements:
1. Minimum graduate.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales.
3. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, E-mail writing, Google sheets etc.
4. Basic knowledge of Tally will be an added advantage
5. Knowledge of export sales will be an added advantage
6. Good spoken and written communication skills
7. Strong follow-up and coordination skills
