Job Overview:We are looking for an energetic and driven Field Sales Executive with experience in B2B Pharma Marketplace or B2B SaaS Platforms, or a background as a Medical Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through direct interaction with clients in the local market, on boarding new customers onto our platform, and leveraging local connections to generate leads. This role requires hands-on sales skills, knowledge of the pharma or SaaS landscape, and the ability to build relationships in the field.Key Responsibilities:Sales Generation:

  • Identify and engage with potential customers in the local B2B market to generate sales for the Pharma Marketplace or SaaS Platform.
  • Meet with prospects face-to-face, understand their business needs, and present our platforms value proposition.
  • Proactively reach sales targets by executing effective field-based sales strategies.
  • Track sales activities and ensure that all prospects are effectively followed up and converted into customers.
Customer On boarding:
  • On-board new customers onto the platform, guiding them through the registration process and assisting them with initial setup.
  • Ensure customers understand how to use the platforms features and how it can benefit their business operations.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to customers after on boarding to ensure continued engagement and satisfaction.
Local Market Interaction:
  • Build strong relationships with local businesses, pharmacies, medical distributors, and other potential clients through field visits, meetings, and networking.
  • Leverage existing connections in the local market to generate leads and build a sales pipeline.
  • Attend local events, trade shows, and industry meetups to promote the platform and identify new business opportunities.
Lead Generation & Follow-ups:
  • Generate leads from local businesses, medical professionals, and pharmaceutical distributors using direct interactions, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct follow-ups with prospects and ensure that all interactions are recorded in the CRM system.
  • Provide accurate reporting on lead status, sales progress, and customer feedback to the sales manager.
Product Demonstration:
  • Deliver compelling product demos in person, showcasing the platforms features and how it can streamline business operations for pharma clients.
  • Customize presentations to fit the specific needs and challenges of each client, addressing their concerns and highlighting the platforms benefits.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  • Work closely with the inside sales and customer support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer handover.
  • Provide feedback from field sales interactions to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement of the platform.
Sales Reporting:
  • Keep detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and lead progress in the CRM system.
  • Report weekly and monthly sales achievements and market insights to senior sales leadership.
  • Use market feedback to provide recommendations for improving sales strategies and expanding market reach.
Requirements:Experience:
  • 2-4 years of field sales experience in a B2B Pharma Marketplace, B2B SaaS platform, or as a Medical Representative.
  • Proven track record of generating sales and building strong relationships within the pharma or tech industry.
Skills:
  • Sales & Lead Generation: Strong ability to generate sales through direct interaction with clients, lead generation, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with pharma marketplaces, medical supply chains, or SaaS platforms, with the ability to explain complex features and benefits.
  • Customer Onboarding: Experience onboarding and training new customers on digital platforms, ensuring successful platform adoption.
  • Local Market Knowledge: Strong connections and knowledge of the local pharma or healthcare markets, with a proven ability to tap into these networks for lead generation.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal communication skills and negotiation capabilities to close deals and manage client relationships.
Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) to manage leads and track sales activities.
  • Ability to use mobile apps or sales tools for reporting and customer interactions.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and local market players.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to address client needs on the spot.
  • Goal-oriented, with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
